In particular we assist Energy Conservation Authorities meet the new reporting requirements under the Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 (HECA) and help them to be prepared to capitalise on government initiatives such as Green Deal, ECO and RHI.
We achieve this by working with them to build a detailed understanding of their housing stock that allows them to plan, prioritise, fund and implement strategies.

Rural Community Energy Fund

A £15m government fund has opened to applications from rural communities who want to generate their own green power. The Rural Community Energy Fund aims to help rural communities access the money needed to carry out feasibility studies into renewable energy projects.

Glen Parva Parish Council - LEAF bid.

The Problem
Glen Parva Parish Council approached Flourish Partnership to help them when they ran into problems with their LEAF bid. They wanted to establish the potential for energy saving measures and Green Deal but the tight deadlines meant that they were unable to operate the thermal imaging survey they had originally intended and were concerned that they would lose the funding opportunity.
